April 2026

Antonia and Martin celebrated their wedding at Addington Palace with 135 day guests, joined by additional loved ones for the evening reception. Their day began in the Empire Suite and Wellington Room before guests gathered in the Great Hall for the ceremony, surrounded by the Palace’s historic architecture, French chandelier and striking mirror, which became a beautiful feature in their photographs.

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed drinks across the Library and Morning Room, accompanied by a live music trio. With the weather on their side, the couple also made the most of the Palace grounds before family photographs in the Lecture Room and cocktail hour in the Winter Garden. The Great Hall was later transformed for the wedding breakfast, speeches and evening reception, with the celebrations continuing into the early hours. Photography was captured by Emma Jane Lewis, with videography by James Steer of Steer Media.

In Their Own Words

“The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and so many of our guests commented on how stunning and well-kept the grounds were, as well as the history and atmosphere of the palace. The chandelier and mirror in the Great Hall look absolutely stunning in our photos.

We really appreciated having exclusive use of the venue and the flexibility to use the outdoor spaces for the drinks reception, which worked perfectly with the weather on the day.

We also wanted to thank Deen, Anna and Sean personally, who were all lovely throughout – always polite, approachable and happy to help whenever needed. The bridal and groom suites were fantastic spaces to get ready in and keep belongings during the day, and we loved being able to peek over the balcony as guests arrived! Having a dedicated children’s room and cloakroom for guests were both hugely appreciated touches.

Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special!”
